She used to work in various customer service roles and as a tour guide around New Zealand and has also been a Real Estate Salesperson for three years. Growing up in the city of Auckland, Valerie moved to the coastal community of Pataua North just 33km east of Whangarei with her family in 1977.  Years on with a grown family of two sons Valerie now resides in the Whangarei country side and retains her strong connections with the coast.  Her passion for the area finds her well experienced in the local real estate market and further afield with a  strong knowledge base of coastal and residential property.  Having been involved in the real estate industry for over 16 years first as a salesperson then as a fully qualified Licensee and business owner.
Valerie retains her independent licence to ensure the highest standard of service and requirements are met when helping people choose or sell their  property.

You let us know how long you are going to be in New Zealand for, your preferred area, the type of property you are interested in and your price range. Valerie will start looking for you and put a portfolio of suitable properties together for you to look at on the internet while you are still at home.
Once we have found you at least 3 properties that you consider worth while looking at, Claudia will start to put a package tour together for you with pre-booked transport, accommodation, sightseeing options and appointments with Real Estate Agents and you will recieve a detailed itinerary and quote per email. Again we will customize this to your interests, the sightseeing focus could be an eco-tourism experience, like whale watching, swimming with dolphins, guided nature walks, or Maori culture, golf, food and wine tasting, to mention just a few.
You also get to choose the type of accommodation, e.g. Boutique lodges, B&B's or motels and your means of transport.  We can either pre-book a rental car for you or book your tickets for the comfortable Intercity coach network with arranged pick-ups in every town. We will also meet and greet you at Auckland airport, take you for an initial sightseeing tour around Auckland and provide you with a complementary mobile phone for the duration of your tour. We care about you and want to stay in touch with you on your tour so everything runs as smooth as possible.
